PES (post exam syndrome)

exams just ended last thursday. and i am still feeling tired up to this day....
well, overall, i did ok for my exams i guess, so now hopping for the best for all papers. *fingers crossed*

this exam was kind of a different experience overall compare to all other exams i have been through. the major difference is that, the exams are held in a different place from my Uni and all students have to take a 20 minutes bus to that veneu. other than that, exams are held in HUGE halls, where everyone from different courses sit and have their paper. Soooo... here is part of my experience...

on the 1st day of the exams, was a saturday morning 9.00 a.m. paper. and guess what time i woke up??? *insert suspense music* I WOKE UP AT 8.00 in the morning!!!! so.. u were wondering whats the big deal?? well, i promised a few of my friends that we will catch a cab to the exam veneu at 8.00. I called the cab to come pick us up at 8 and i woke up at 8!! geng a not?? i took 5 minutes to change, clean myself and made breakfast and another 5 minutes to meet up with my friends and catch the cab. talk about adrenaline rush man... lucky we planned to take the cab.. if not i most probably missed the bus already. phew~ we made it to the exam hall in time, everything went well after that. So.. lesson learned.. if you need to wake up early on a major event, get some one to get you up. there is a difference from waking up and getting up... never ever trust mobile phone alarms.. they kill....

on the last day of my exam, which was a thursday, my last paper was at 6.30 in the evening. and right before entering the exam hall, we have to group outside. man.. the wind was blowing and everyone was freezing. with the addition of the pre-exam-nervousness, somehow the shivering is almost similar to having a fits or epilepsy attack. the thermoreceptors in the skin will fire rapid impulses as if there will be no tomorrow.

another thing about that paper was, it was beyond expected.. we were conned by our lecturer!!! evil Evil EVIL!!!! haha.. joking lah.. she is one of the best lecturer for this sem. well, i guess is part of the students fault as well. we was given a revision lecture and the lecturer gave us 'tips' about the exam plus an exact extended answer(essay) exam question as bonus for our obedience in lecture. [see how kind of her...] SOOOOooooo.... as 'obedience' students, all most of us, treat that lecture as gospel and studied ONLY what ever she put in the lecture slides. OK.. thats not much problem... the problem is... WE... the obedience students went and spot other extended answer question that is coming out. AND.. worst part is we thought that the question she gave us was a 15 mark question. MANA TAU... when i saw the paper.... is only worth 5 marks... *BIG SWEAT* and many of the questions we tried to spot and memorised DID NOT COME OUT!!!! and what that is not in the revision lecture slides WAS ASK IN THE EXAM!!!! KNS betul
SOooo.. lesson learn, STUDY EVERYTHING.. AND...DO NOT EVER TRY TO BE SMARTER THAN THE LECTURER!!! no matter what tricks u do.. they will be always smarter... after all, knowing more is better than knowing less??

during all the exams, the brain is being so focus on that paper that i could not even day dream, i did not notice who is sitting around me, and so focus that i did not even remember to shake my legs or to chew my chewing gum which is sitting in my mouth between my upper and lower molar. i don't even remember that i was hungry because i didn't had a proper dinner for my last paper... geng a not??

oh well, now that everything is over, fingers cross, toes cross, eye cross, tongue cross, hand cross leg cross that the exam results will be good!!! please please pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee~
