the orange ~ weekly

have you every thought about learning?? how you learn?? how on earth all the biological names that is alien before ended up into your head? do you remember the 1st time you learn and master how to tie your shoe lace?? write your name?? sing a song?? or play a game??
.
many of us agree that learning is a life long process. lets break it into 3 parts for the time being. early life, school, and early adult.
.
part 1 (early life)
.
we start with early life. When we are born, humans are not as develop as some other animals where since birth, animals are able to walk and run. Humans are basically weak in a baby form and needs protection from the mother. Since birth, mother(or parents) will educate the child by repeating whats right and whats wrong. saying over and over again words like 'pa-pa' n 'ma-ma'. repeating sounds like "mum-mum' for eating and similar sounds for bathing and also giving warning for danger. Most of the education in early life is on repeating to enhance the knowledge into the child's mind. once a child master something, small celebration will be held.. to celebrate the joy of parenthood by parents..
.
as a child grow older, parents will increase knowledge on other things in life. for example, movement like walking, running, catching something, swimming and cycling. all this are skills that will embed into the mind of the child where they will use in the future. for example, cycling is a skill that will stay in the child even when the child grows up. as a child master a skill by practicing everyday and daily encouragement from parents, the child will build up self confidence and be proud of themselves. in the time being, parents will also start to educate the child on table manners, talking to other adults, the P's and Q's of life such as respecting others, not talking to strangeres, not to lie and other similar moral values. as the child is still strongly attach to the parent, this values will be input into the brain strongly and will be put to good use in the child's future.
.
educating a child during the early life is more on repeating and my many examples. although this will change as the child grows up, but an early childhood education is important for the next part of growth.
